Seen in "I, Dude". It is a spray can filled with strong glue. From it's name it suggests that the effect of the glue may last 24-hour long. The spies use this gadget when fighting Frankie Dude's Beach Bunnies, who all go barefoot. The henchwomen are defeated easily after having their feet glued to the floor and unable to break free.
