Attack of the 50 Foot Mandy is the 7th episode of Season 4 of "Totally Spies!".

Synopsis[]

The Miss Beverly Hills pageant is only days away. Among this year's hopeful contestants are Mandy and Clover. In order to get that extra winning edge, both Mandy and Clover unwittingly decide to get a special full-body makeover that promises to make their hair, smiles, eyes, and even their attitudes bigger.

But as they are getting their treatment, Diminutive Smalls enters into the spa and puts a microchip into Mandy's machine by mistake. Mandy is pleased with the results of her treatment which worked better than Clover's. Later on during a Volleyball game the girls are shocked to see that Mandy is now a head taller than them and much stronger, and proceeds to effortlessly beat them, but gets angry when her growth causes her feet to start tearing through her shoes.

As the spies start to investigate a series of disappearances among Miss Beverly Hills contestants, they find out that Mandy, who has now grown fifty feet tall, is behind the crimes! They also discover that along with becoming bigger physically, Mandy's meanness has also become magnified. In an effort to win the competition, she's decided to take out the other contestants. Diminutive Smalls then grows Clover and she and Mandy fight.

In the B-story, Clover tries several talents, such as including tap dancing and juggling, so she can win the Miss Beverly Hills pageant. She and Mandy both lose the pageant to a girl named Gloria and end up in a catfight.

This episode is a parody of the 1958 film "Attack of the 50 Foot Woman" and the 1993 remake film. Another reference is the various 10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90 foot giantess films.
The line "You grow girl" is a reference to "You go girl".
Clover says "Man Hands", a villain seen in "Virtual Stranger".
This is one of the few episodes Sam, Clover, and Alex do not get WOOHPed.
Diminutive Smalls is now voiced by John Stocker, the same actor that voiced Max Exterminus a season earlier.
Kandinsky, Lester Crawley, and Sergei Siberia are seen as prisoners in the Prison.
Even though Clover is good at dancing like in "Scam Camp Much?" and "The Suavest Spy", she proved to be terrible at tap dancing in this episode.
In the ending of the DS game, Totally Spies 3: Secret Agents (where this episode is adapted), Gloria is instead named "Melody" (likely by mistake).

Error[]

Goof: When Sam opens the compartment to the Beauty-mizer, her spysuit is missing their gloves, but they are seen on her hands a second later.
Goof: There is no point in Small wanting revenge against Clover, since he never even knew her name until he was defeated the first time, and it was Sam who defeated him in his first appearance.
Goof: Gloria has dark skin, dark brown hair, and her dress and gloves are green. However, during a brief shot where Clover and Mandy are still fighting after losing the pageant, Gloria has light skin, blonde hair, and her dress and gloves are pink.
