Synopsis[]
A hot new line of cosmetics is hitting the shelves at the trendiest boutiques in New York, Paris, and Beverly Hills. The makeup line is called "Moody Beauty" and is designed to give the girls wearing it a specific desired look (happy, pouty, mysterious, strange, surprised, etc.). But the makeup comes with one startling side-effect - it permanently contorts the face of the person wearing it. For example, the happy eye shadow makes you look like a clown, the pouty lipstick makes you look sad and so on. As the spies investigate, they find out that the sinister force behind the makeup is an ex-beauty queen, named Miss Vanity. Cast away after years of being in the spotlight, Miss Vanity ultimately decided that people are too vain, and so to remedy that, her makeup will make everyone look equally hideous. Can the spies stop Miss Vanity before she turns them and the entire world into a freak show? Can the spies come to terms with discovering that Jerry prefers to wear "just a little makeup" to add color to his otherwise pasty British skin?
In the B-story, Clover thinks that she's rejected by a boy, so she starts to let her appearance slip. But in the end it turns out that the boy, Rodney, already has a girlfriend, and that Clover reminded him of her.

- Miss Vanity somewhat resembles Mask Scara from "The Powerpuff Girls" episode, "A Made Up Story". They were both cast away after their empires imploded, and wanted revenge on the world for rejecting them.
Error[]
- Goof: The blonde girl from the beginning of the episode has purple wristbands when she is talking to her friend. They are missing in the pan out shot before their conversation, while they run to the cosmetics shop, and when they are shocked to see the outgoing patron.
- Goof: When Sam and Alex are walking to Clover's locker, Sam's sleeves aren't colored in.
- Goof: Rodney has no wristbands on when he and Clover first talk. When he asks if he knows Clover, shuts his locker, and finishes the conversation, they appear on both hands.
- Goof: When Alex and Sam are excited their mission takes place in Paris the section below the ribbon on Sam is colored in green.
- Goof: The Moody Beauty cosmetics buyer the spies chase after has a sleeveless top. When they catch up to her and she stops running, her arms have the same color as her shirt.
- Goof: When the girls are on the runway Sam says Clover has no makeup on but Clover can be seen wearing lipstick.
- Goof: When Clover is quivering in fear thinking Miss Vanity will force her makeup on her, her clothes are not entirely drawn in and are not colored.
- Goof: After the models figure out what Miss Vanity's makeup does to them, they panic. The one with the "sleepy" look's dress is missing its sleeves and the one with the "mysterious" look does not have her clothes colored in.
- Goof: After doing a scan of the city when Clover is picking her nose she is missing her Super Inflating Brooch.
- Goof: When the girls start chasing Miss Vanity on hoverboards, Clover has 2 different eye colors (blue and brown).
- Goof: Miss Vanity’s lackey with blonde hair has brown hair when she and the other 2 are caught in a net by a WOOHP helicopter, as a brief shot of them being caught in a distance showed her with blonde hair, before they were seen in the net up close.
- Goof: When the girls are caught by Miss Vanity and Sam asks what her problem is, the light and dark green colors of her catsuit are inverted.
- Goof: When the girls leave WOOHP right before they go to Paris, the Super Inflating Broach is not colored in. This happens again when Sam is flying around doing surveillance on her Jetpack Backpack. It happens a third time at the shot of the three girls right before they are tied to the giant crushing compact
- Goof: When Sam activates the Super Inflating Brooch her gloves are still intact. They disappear in all subsequent shots and also were not present during its demo at the gadget rundown.
