Céline Marie Claudette Dion CC OQ (born March 30, 1968) is a Canadian singer. Referred to as the "Queen of Power Ballads", she is noted for her powerful and technically skilled vocals. Her music has incorporated genres such as pop, rock, R&B, gospel, and classical music.
She is also the second new voice of Feline Dion (in her true cat form) in Season 7 of Totally Spies! along with Rebecca Shoichet, who will be voicing her as Feline's human self.
