Charlotte Carry Anne Spencer (born 26 September 1991) is an English-American actress, model, singer and talented voice actor. She played the voice of Angelina Mouseling on Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps. She also played Brill on the movie Rainbow Magic: Return to Rainspell Island in the UK Version.
She, along with Nika Futterman, is also the new second voice of Bonita Bikham in Season 7 of Totally Spies!.
