Biography[]
He was seen as the main antagonist in the episode "Evil Graduation". He built a fake Beverly Hills High so he would never have to graduate and could re-live his glory days. After he was defeated, Jerry said that Chet's attitude is being adjusted by WOOHP agents and he will be eligible for graduation next year. He was one of the few villains whose objective was not revenge or world conquest.

Personality[]
Chet in many ways is the stereotypical high school jock who peaked in high school, thus was obsessed with never graduating, to the point he both kidnapped his entire class of graduating schoolmates, but also building an exact replica of their high school in the middle of the desert to continue to carry out their high school lives.
Chet however, was also shown to be extremely shortsighted, as not only did he fail to stock the facility with any kind of food or water, but also the forcefield acted almost like a giant greenhouse, guaranteeing everyone inside would die of heat exposure in a matter of hours.
On some level Chet was shown to be not nearly as malicious as some of the Spies other foes, not necessarily wanting to hurt his fellow students, though was more than happy to use violence when the situation required it.
Skills and Abilities[]
Despite only being a seemingly ordinary high schooler lacking access to any unique weapons, technology, and acting completely on his own, Chet was deceptively dangerous.
Thanks to his experience on both the football team and wrestling team, his hand to hand skills were enough to match Clover, Alex and Sam, even when all fighting together.
More shocking, despite nothing suggesting any particular academic abilities, Chet was shown to be quite gifted in terms of engineering. He was not only able to build an entire replica of Beverly Hills High in the middle of the desert, but also construct a massive force field around it, a super heavy tank style homecoming float, and multiple explosive footballs.
