Cosmo Stratus

Biography[]

Cosmo Stratus was the main antagonist in "Astro-Not". A crazy woman who was kicked out of the space program, she invented a machine to nullify the Earth's gravitational pull. She was rejected for 15 consecutive space missions, as she kept failing the psychological testing. This was proven true when she gets stuck on a satellite and gets scared.

Her name is a play on cosmos and stratus.
Her hairstyle resembles that of Cosmo from the "Sonic the Hedgehog" video game series.
She is similar to Luna as both wanted to be astronauts.
