Trivia[]

  • Clover wears the same formal gown in different colors.
  • Spies are magazine workers as a part of their disguise:
    • “Do You Believe in Magic?“ - Abracadabra Magazine
    • Game Girls“ - Teen Racer Magazine
    • Model Citizens“ - Trend of the Moment Magazine
    • Zooney World“ -Teen Z Magazine
  • Sam says that her last name is Simpson, but that is likely an alias since it is never used again.
  • The title is a reference to the song "Do You Believe in Magic".
  • The Beverly Hills High principal's last name is Jenkins.
  • This episode shows that Clover might be bilingual since she could read the engraving on the back of the hypnowatch. In truth, the engravings on the watch are Elder Futhark, also known as "old runes". The words on the watch mean nothing.
  • Beverly Hills High has a photography contest.
  • Although the Feline Streamline Catsuit was in this episode, Jerry did not present it.
  • King Tark is a reference to Tutankhamun.
  • Alexandra refers to Mandy as the "worst villain of all" at the end of the episode.
  • During their argument of who gets to jump next after Sam, Clover mentions that Alex is the youngest while Alex refers to Sam as the oldest. This could mean that Sam is the oldest of the spy trio while Alex is the youngest among them, but there is no evidence that is hinted in the show for this statement.
