Feline Dion is a former professor from Malibu University's Cat Lab and the main antagonist of "Nine Lives".
Biography[]
She meets Alex in her laboratory along with the cats inside the lab. She expressed her deep love for cats and wished that humans could be more like them. The girls were sent to investigate in Italy as they discovered several cats were climbing over a carpet covered Leaning Tower of Pisa. Alex got pricked from a cat's claw that stuck out of the cloth as it fall it down. The girls flees from the guards in pursuit.
Later on, Alex visits Feline's laboratory and to find out the claw she found contained both human and cat DNA. Feline arrives to see her and Alex managed to leave the laboratory (At the time, Feline's whiskers were growing). When Alex tells the girls, Sam and Clover about what she found, she meets up with them and Clover's mother, Stella at a local cafe. She soon starts to exhibit some cat behavior and making the two leave her. Upon arriving at the cat litter filled fountain, the girls learn from Jerry that the human DNA from the claw belonged to the professor (At this moment, Alex grew a tail).
When they infiltrate her lab, Alex becomes a cat-girl and Feline managed to capture the girls and tells them her motives that she wants to make all the people including the students in Malibu University to become cat-human hybrids as she leaves. Alex managed to destroy the wall due to her cat like instincts and they finally pursue her.
Feline tries to inject the water supply with a serum she made to turn everyone into cat-hybrids. The girls finally faces her and they go for a wild chase like cat and mouse. Alex and Feline are having a cat fight with their animal instincts, Sam tries to stop the setup as she put an antidote to the water supply in a reverse process but failed when the setup reached 0. Alex and Feline continues their cat fight as Clover cheers Alex to beat her down. Feline overpowered Alex and pinned her down winning the fight but Alex managed to defeat Feline using the catnip gadget making her hypnotized even to herself and Clover easily managed to caught her in her hypnotized state. As the water supply is about to be flooded, Sam managed to freeze them with the Arctic Blast Breathmint to make the water freeze into a cat-like statue. Mandy and Trent saw this and was not impressed by it and leaves. Feline is later taken in custody by Jerry and his men in her hypnotized state as well as Alex as a human cat-girl to return in her normal self.
Personality[]
She has an obsession for cats to the point of becoming one and transforming anything into something cat-related. She also uses feline-puns.
Physical Appearance[]
Feline has honey blonde hair that is tied back into a bun and fringes brushed to the side, emerald eyes and slit pupils, which become far more pronounced as her cat transformation finishes. She has a light skin complexion and wears black cat eye glasses, a short white lab coat over a purple long-sleeved shirt, blue haze slacks, and light tan, knee high heel faux fur boots.
Upon completing her feline transformation, her head and face take on a cat's appearance though maintaining hair, skin, and eye color, and glasses. The rest of her body becomes fur. She also dons a dark gray cat suit with shorts, cat belt, a paw print on the center of her chest, and black knee high heel boots.

It would appear that Feline was very fond of Alexandra when the latter expressed her adoration for cats. She was her next target in the feline transformation process and the one who be the to take her down using Clover's earrings to hypnotize her.

- Feline Dion's name is a parody of Celine Dion.
- Feline Dion is a reference to Catwoman and Black Cat.
- She is returning in Season 7, now going to be voiced by both Rebecca Shoichet as Feline's human self and Celine Dion will be Feline's true cat self.
- A similar character in The Amazing Spiez! named Victoria Brathwaite performed a similar scheme:
