Biography[]
Phoebe also has a nasal-pitched voice which is deeper in pitch than Mandy's. She alternates between spoiling Mandy and disciplining her for lackluster grades. It is clear that Mandy loves her mom very much.
She also went to Beverly Hills High during her teenage years and seeing how her daughter attended there as well, strongly implies that Phoebe has lived in Beverly Hills all her life.
Mandy's father is never seen, but is mentioned in the series, and it's implied that her parents are in fact married, in "Totally Busted" Mandy says, "My parents just built an awesome new ski chalet for me," implying that her father also spoils her.
Personality[]
Phoebe is a loving mother and spoils Mandy, she purposely bought an entire nationwide shoe store because Mandy wanted a pair of Yves Mont Blanc boots and was fighting over with Clover. She can be strict and will discipline Mandy. Mandy is also shown to be afraid of her when she's truly angry.
Back when she was a teenager, she found fashion to not be important claiming it to be a "superficial jive" and it's possible she still thinks so when she wanted to get a certain type of organic undergarment. Mandy's response to this was "Mom, would you start living in the 21st century already?!"
Physical Appearance[]
She looks very similar to her daughter, just older and taller with more mature features. She is seen wearing athleisure wear quite a lot, but is sometimes seen wearing a Chinese style outfit, such as in "Alex Gets Schooled".
When she was a teenager , she looked identical to Mandy, and wore hippie-style clothes, which was typical in the 70s (Forward to the Past).
