He appears in "The Dream Teens". He was one of 3 plasma-based androids (Skyler, Tyler, Wyler) created by Myrna Beesbottom to destroy Samantha, Alexandra, and Clover. He feeds off of the life energy of a captured human. He was attracted to Samantha.
