Yves Mont Blanc was a famous shoe designer until a fashion critic's negative criticism tarnished his reputation forever. Clover is a huge of fan of his having worn his shoes since she was 4 years old.
Biography[]
Yves Mont Blanc was mentioned in “Evil G.L.A.D.I.S. Much?” when Mandy and Clover competed to get a pair of his boots. He had a store in the Beverly Hills Mall.
His logo is seen on a shopping bag in “Evil Jerry”.
He was seen in “Evil Shoe Designer”. After his career was wrecked by bad reviews, including Beatrice Bash's review in "Fashion Slam", he sought revenge by attacking the Paris Shoe Week celebration by using his new line of remote control cowboy boots.
His logo is seen in Season 6; since he was still in Prison in “Baddies on a Blimp”, that means another person bought his company.
His boots are seen in “Totally Spies! The Movie”.
Personality[]
It is unknown what his personality was like prior to his reputation being tarnished other than being renowned for his shoe designs. His shoes were so well-loved that Clover and Mandy fought over his latest pair of boots. Clover even stole that exact same pair from someone when she lost the shoe fight.
He has since become a ruthless, unforgiving, and angry person.
Physical Appearance[]
Yves has long, slightly wavy blonde hair, a tan complexion, light-blue eyes, and a pencil-styled stubble. In Season 5 Yves's hair is dark blonde. In Season 6 his hair becomes a lighter shade of blonde. He wears mostly pirate-themed clothing.

Violet Vanderfleet, Manny Wong[]
A temporary truce between the 3 of them, they joined forces during their transportation to WOOHP Island. On WOOHP's newest prisoner transport aircraft (a Blimp), it encountered thunderstorms which caused the security system to unlock their temporary prisoners' containment. Yves and Manny were often at each others' necks but can set aside their antagonism towards each other for a common cause. With Violet, she serves as the leader and Yves demonstrates slight fear towards her while stilling obeying her commands. Nonetheless, he does not hesitate to point out her strange ways when taking control (using her plants).

A fashion critic who was reason for his now destroyed reputation, Beatrice had written a scathing article about his latest shoe designs. As such, Yves made her one of his first slaves of his newest mind-controlling boots. He took great delight in seeing her scream in fear.
Samantha, Clover, Alexandra[]
As the spies are the ones who sought to and successfully arrest him for his crimes the first time, Yves sees them as a great threat and took pleasure in trying to destroy them again when they crossed paths again.
