Helmut is the secondary antagonist in "Model Citizens". He is a modeling scout and works for Tuesday Tate, who was a famous model.
Biography[]
Seen in "Model Citizens", Helmet is a henchman for Tuesday Tate. He takes part in kidnapping models and swapping their body parts that he deemed "perfect" for his models instead. He was present during Gazelle's first modeling showcasing and was the one who told Clover that only her legs were "modeling-worthy". He is eventually arrested by WOOHP.
Personality[]
Because of the field he works in, he has an eye for "perfection" and is critical in what is "not perfect". Helmut is confident and also enjoys partaking in evil schemes.
Physical Appearance[]
He has brown eyes and short brown hair, and sports a semi circular beard. Helmut has light brown skin, wears an off-white suit with a light-blue, white flower printed collared shirt underneath. His shoes are brown loafers.

- His name is of German origin. From old German, the first part of his name “heil“ means “healthy“; it can also be ”hiltja” meaning ”battle”. The second part, ”muot“ meaning ”spirit, mind, mood“.
- His voice actor, Tom Kane, also voiced CHAD.
