Biography[]
Julie is a WOOHP employee making her first appearance in "The Getaway" acting as the spies' travel agent. Her smile and cheer annoyed the spies, particularly Sam, who found her "perkiness" off-putting.
Julie also appear in "The Yuck Factor" serving as a tea lady for WOOHP employees.
