Martin Mystery is a paranormal investigator, working for The Center. As the title character of the Marathon-produced series "Martin Mystery", he makes a featured appearance in the cross-over episode "Totally Mystery Much?" He is obsessed with the paranormal and often lets his mind wander with theories about the case at hand. Nevertheless, he is resourceful and solves his case in his unorthodox manners.
In "Totally Mystery Much", Martin meets the girls while working on the case. Against Sam and Clover's wishes, the girls are obligated by Jerry to work with Martin. Despite the friction at first between Martin and the girls, the teens work together and solve the case. He initially falls for Clover but she reacts harshly to him. In the end, Clover wanted to go out on a date with Martin until he turns her down after talking to Alex about personal interests. Martin and Alex quickly develop a mutual attraction, sharing many things they like and dislike such as video games. Sam gets irritated by Martin's behavior; when she lashes out at him, he remarks multiple times to himself that she acts very much like his step-sister Diana, saying that both are "buzzkills". Like Diana, They eventually gain professional respect for each other, and by the end of the episode are on friendly terms.
Prior to his featured episode, a Bev High student who looked like him had a cameo appearance in the episode "Super Agent Much?", along with another student who looked like his stepsister Diana. There, he did not wear his signature jacket.
- Martin's voice is provided by Samuel Vincent, who voiced Martin in the original series. Prior to Double-D from "Ed, Edd n' Eddy", Vincent also voices Eil Shane and Will Shane in the Nerd Corps Entertainment show "Slugterra", as well as Guy Handon from "SheZow" and Spin from the CGI animated series "RollBots".
