The Modelizer
The Modelizer is a machine seen in "Model Citizens" used to swap body parts. There are two sides to the machine: one for donor(s) to provide desirable body parts and one for a recipient to swap out their less-than-desirable version of the same body part.

Body parts shown to be switched are legs, faces (including skin and teeth), and head hair. Body parts that have been exchanged, but not on-screen, include ears, arms, and fingers. Body parts can be patched together, as Gazelle had arms and fingers piecemealed in different colors, indicating sections that may have come from multiple people. The early model may have been imperfect, as one of Gazelle's ears fell off during her meeting with the spies.
It is operated by turning a key, only one of which belongs to Tuesday Tate, and both consoles simply go up in smoke and beep until the process is complete less than a minute later. Apparently multiple people swapping different body parts can be put inside the donor side at the same time, as was the case when Sam and Alex became victims of the machine.
A later model was created that made the swapping process irreversible.
