Synopsis[]
Everyone is going crazy over Passion Patties, a new brand of cookies being sold by the Happy Girl Scouts. The cookies make everyone who eats them addicts, and are so fattening that the addict's weight progresses from normal weight to overweight to obese in just 1 day.
Clover becomes addicted to the cookies and is soon overweight. As the investigation and mission continues, Clover keeps eating the cookies, gaining over 300 pounds, and becoming an obese sumo spy in only 1 day. The girls discover that the villain is the creator of Passion Patties, Inga Bittersweet, who captures and subjects the trio to a feeding machine that force feeds them cookies in order to fatten them considerably. After years of resenting the Happy Girl scouts for kicking her out when she ate all the cookies she was supposed to sell, Inga's using her creations to take over the world.
However, the feeder proves to be Inga's undoing; while Sam and Alex manage to escape it, Clover is more than happy to allow the machine to feed her; after eating even more cookies, Clover becomes ginormous and gargantuan. Upon meeting up with Inga in Iceland, Clover's obesity proves useful as she can overpower the henchwomen with her sheer weight and mass.
The girls manage to destroy Inga's cookie supply by activating the warehouse's heating system and melting the chocolate. They then give her a taste of her own medicine by forcing her to drink a vial of the sugar addictive she used, which causes her to grow as fat as Clover in seconds, turning her into an addict as well as she eats the melted passion patties. Jerry is shown to have grown to the same size as Clover. Fortunately, all the weight caused by the formula (which turns out to be a highly concentrated sugar extract) can be treated with an antidote, and those affected by it are soon back to normal.
In the B-story, Clover sees a hat that she likes in a store, but is upset when she realizes that the medium size is too small for her and she has to wear a large and the medium sizes were sold out after Mandy bought the last hat. In the end, she decides that after being a large "everything", she does not have a problem wearing a large-sized hat.

Error[]
- Goof: When Clover attempts to get the medium hat back from the salesclerk, the dress under her jacket is colored pink.
- Goof: In the same shot, the bow on the back of both her's and Mandy's hat disappear.
- Goof: In the packing room, the henchwoman who tries to jump on Alex and Sam has blonde hair. In the shot where she crashes through the floor, her hair is black.
- Goof: In the lab where the girls find Bittersweet's formula and shipment plan, the henchwomen have red and brown hair. When they're knocked out, they have black and blonde hair.
- Goof: While the girls are getting tied down and subjected to The Feeder, Clover's hair temporarily goes from pigtails to her normal hairstyle.
