Biography[]
She appeared in "Passion Patties", where she was on a diet, but tried a Passion Patty. As a result, she became addicted to Passion Patties. When the spies delivered their cookies to her, she had become incredibly obese due to eating a huge number of cookies. She stated that she had quit her job just so she wouldn't miss any deliveries. She lost the excess weight with the help of WOOHP's antidote.
She then reappeared in "W.O.W.", where it was revealed that she was a descendant of the Sisterhood and due to Ariel's control, she attacked an innocent saleswoman who tried to show her some cosmetics.

She is a cheerful person.

Shirley has thick ginger hair, blue eyes, a fair complexion. She wears light blue oval earrings and necklace, a red-orange dress with a light blue corset underneath, and an apron that has 2 pink flowers on the left corner.

- Shirley is a reference to the ideal stereotypical United States housewife of the 1950's, specifically, the ideal emphasized during the baby boom.
