Simon Tucker is a former business owner, who turned anarchist, he is the main antagonist appearing in "Malled".
Biography[]
Tucker once owned an Australian import shop in Dublin, but was driven to bankruptcy by the Harrows Corporation, who proceeded to buy him out, tore down his business and built the Harrows mall, where his shop once stood. Tucker thirsted for revenge against the Harrows Corporation and became an anarchist, creating ACT (Anti Consumerism Teams) to destroy malls worldwide, and hiring scientists for help. Tucker set up elaborate upscale stores called "All The Rage" in malls in London, UK, and Cairo, Egypt, as an intricate trap to kidnap the customers (Samantha got caught in the store in Cairo as well), bringing the entire building segments to his hideout in Australia, and had the hostages rigged with mind control devices. Clover and Alexandra discover their territory after seeing his army and a brainwashed Sam, who became the commander of Simon's army. Both tried to fight Sam, even as they attempt to rescue her by force. Her armies managed to catch both of the girls while rescuing their commander and take them to Tucker.
Tucker reveals his next plan is to destroy the newly opened Beverly Hills Mall, Babylon, with the ACT army as he leaves the girls in a modified "All The Rage"-boutique, while dumping all of the items from the store on them in order to choke them. Both girls managed to escape and to stop Simon and his army from destroying malls once and for all.
At the new Babylon Mall in Beverly Hills, Tucker launches his next attack, Clover and Alex tries to fight the brainwashed Sam again as Alex uses her gadget to pose as Simon's voice to put his men in the third floor to destroy other shopping stalls. Sam manages to close the mall door as she left to watch her comrades destroy the mall stores. Alex manages to open using her gadget, both jumps while taking Sam to the fountains on the ground floor as they continued to fight. Alex manages to remove the patch that Sam was being mind controlled with, and Sam returns to normal. She remembers that Simon is going to destroy the mall, and decides to stop him. Clover and Alex open the sprinkler; Sam orders her ACT army to remove the patches on their heads and finally tells them that Simon is destroying malls, and then put the stop to his madness.
All the former ACT soldiers led by Sam tried to smash the door with the crane as Simon wanted to make another ACT-army along with his new victims. Alex managed to disperse his escape route as the ACT soldiers began attacking Simon in the chaos after he failed to escape from the elevator. Jerry Lewis appeared shortly after with numerous WOOHP agents in order to arrest Tucker.

- Evil Santa's motives are nearly parallel to Simon Tucker's motives. Simon Tucker wanted to destroy all forms of: commercialism, conspicuous consumption, consumerism, economic materialism, which were represented by the shopping mall. Evil Santa was limited to the perceived lack of holiday spirit during Christmas.
- Harrows is a reference to Harrods.
- His design is most likely based off of World Wrestling Entertainment wrestler, Triple H.
