Tracker
Overview[]
The Tracking Device is a WOOHP gadget that has the ability to stick to any target. Once stuck, it could be used to track the target's location via the Compowder. It has a time limit of 1 hour. Multiple spitballs may be activated at a time, though they cannot be distinguished from each other in the Compowder.
