Biography
Vladimir Kozyrev appeared in the episode "Child's Play". He wanted revenge after he lost the majority of his business to the newer electronic toys. To accomplish this objective, he planned on making every adult in the whole world mentally regress back to childhood, acting as children. His plan ultimately results in his downfall when he is mentally regressed by his own doll, Little Anne.

- His fashion resembles a 1970's disco dancer.
