Biography

Vladimir Kozyrev (Russian: Владимир Козырев) appeared in "Child's Play". He wanted revenge after he lost the majority of his business to the newer electronic toys. To accomplish this objective, he planned on making every adult in the whole world mentally regress to childhood, acting like children. His plan ultimately results in his downfall when his doll, Little Anne mentally regresses him.

Trivia

His fashion resembles a 1970's disco dancer which makes him similar to fellow villain Boogie Gus.
He bears a strong resemblance to Austin Powers.
