Biography
Vladimir Kozyrev (Russian: Владимир Козырев) appeared in the episode "Child's Play". He wanted revenge after he lost the majority of his business to the newer electronic toys. To accomplish this objective, he planned on making every adult in the whole world mentally regress to childhood, acting like children. His plan ultimately results in his downfall when his doll, Little Anne mentally regresses him.
