Synopsis[]
Clover's cousin (Norman) is an avid fan of "Zooney", a television show which has become a favorite with children. But meanwhile, children all over America have been reported missing. Jerry Lewis sends Samantha, Alexandra, and Clover to track them down, but before they can launch into their mission, Sam and Alex need to come to Clover's aid.
The situation reaches an impasse when Stella remains adamantly opposed to changing her mind. In the B-story, Clover faces a period of emotional turmoil when her cousin, Norman comes over, to whose mischief her mother Stella constantly turns a blind eye, as Clover has been grounded by Stella for being mean to him and for talking back to her mother.

- Goof: The timestamp for WOOHP Headquarters is at 10:32 PM. It is daytime outside Clover's house right before and the girls get to New York at 11:03 AM.
- Goof: In the elevator right before the commercial break, the lower part of Sam's arms are skin instead of sleeve-colored. The zoom-in shot of the camera also has Alex's hands and clothes with Clover's colors.
- Goof: When the spies are underwater, Sam is miscolored which makes it look like there are 2 Alex's. Within 12:22 - 12:25.
- Goof: The boy in the red and gray shirt was the first one to have his helmet cracked open, but is shown holding a fully intact helmet at the end, when he was crying with all the other children.
